The Radiance of Résistance tells the story of Janna Ayyad ,9 years old, and Ahed Tamimi, 14 years old,  who live under military occupation in Nabi Saleh.

Janna and Ahed have gained international recognition for their creative resistance. Janna has been dubbed by The Guardian as ‘the youngest journalist in Palestine’. In 2012, Turkish President Erdogan awarded Ahed the 'Handala Courage Award' NBC News Press said: “West Bank Teen Ahed Tamimi Becomes Poster Child for Palestinian Plight”  

This documentary includes grass roots footage from local Palestinian journalist Bilal Tamimi. Award winning Filmmakers Jesse Roberts (PUSH Tunisia) and Jesse Locke (AMZ Productions) did several trips over the course of a year to capture the story.

The film is an intimate look at Janna and Ahed’s everyday lives and their importance as part of the new generation of Palestinian non-violent resistance.
