In the heart of Canada's dense forests, a group of tree planters take an honest look at their lives and work, against the backdrop of the intensifying climate crisis. The film by photographer and creator Rita Leistner presents their testimonies about their hard and challenging work, both physically and mentally, and on its positive side: the ability to spend long hours alone in the depths of wild nature. The tree planters embark on an arduous task in hopes to restore the forests and save the environment.
